The parks department will begin its annual winterization process across all our parks throughout October. Over the next few weeks, water features such as drinking stations, seasonal bathrooms, irrigation systems, and fountains will be turned off and winterized. In fact, they've already started pulling out the paddle boats from the Lagoon today.

As restroom numbers decrease at Mineral Springs Park this fall/winter, please remember that restrooms are open year-round at:

1. The maintenance facility at 349 Coal Car Drive, near the Royal Ave. Shelter (always open if the park is open)
2. The Admin. Building at 1715 Dragon Drive, near the dog park (subject to business hours)
3. Veterans Memorial Arena at 250 Red Bud Drive (subject to business hours)
