Listen up, legends of the backyard and heroes of the cul-de-sac. It’s time to stop living in the past and start living in the plastic. Whether you’re a former high school phenom or someone whose only athletic achievement is finding the TV remote on the first try, the Adult Wiffle Ball League at the Pekin Sports Complex wants YOU.
Think you’ve still got that wicked curveball? Prove it. Think you can outrun a 50-year-old with a slight limp? Now’s your chance.
📝 The Deets (All Thrill, No Fill)
►When: Every Tuesday from July 7th to August 11th.
►Where: The hallowed grounds of the Pekin Sports Complex.
►The Squad: 5 players per team. (Choose wisely—you need people who can run, but also people who are fun to lose with.) Ages 16+.
►The Investment: $350 per team. That’s basically the price of a few fancy dinners, but instead of a steak, you get six weeks of glory, sweat, and the satisfying THWACK of hollow plastic.
