Dog Obedience Training 
This fun 6 week training program will give you a chance to teach your (new or old) dog a new trick. Sherri LeMasters-Wright, AKC registered instructor, will teach your dog how to act mannerly in the home, in public, and in the presence of other dogs. This course involves learning basic commands necessary for a well trained dog. Training is designed for dogs with no previous formal training, or those who need a refresher course on the basics. Dogs must be at least 3 months old and have a minimum of two distemper/parvo shots OR over 6 months old and current on all shots. A minimum of 5 participants must be registered to hold a class, and there is a limit of 12 participants per session. The required ages for the trainer bringing the dog are thirteen to adult. Bring a 6' leash, water bowl and dog treats. Meet at the Livestock Review Building. See the Pekin Park Program Book for dates, times, and fees.
